The ITW Signode MD-3000-TRB is an operatorless strapping machine
designed for palletising applications that require the strap joint to
be positioned on top of the pack; or for applications where the
pallet has a very low overall height.
The machine features Signode’s revolutionary MD strapping head
which delivers excellent levels of reliability. This innovative head
requires virtually no maintenance, has minimal consumable parts
and features an exchangeable welding module for easier
servicing and maximum uptime.
The MD-3000-TRB also benefits from a rack and pinion system
that provides accuracy of pack compression – Adjustable from
5000 to 10000 Newtons (in steps of 1000 N). Additionally, fragile
products can be strapped without compression. Because the
strapping head descends to the pallet, even very low height packs
can be strapped with high retained strap tension. |
