The LB-Inline is ITW Signode's response to the demanding production
requirements of today's industries, in particular for the Graphics
Industry.
Maximum up time: The LB-Inline is designed to run trouble free
during your production run. With our unique patented feature
(ACR) the machine automatically ejects misfed strap, and
rethreads itself without operator intervention, while production
continues.
Built for speed and minimal maintenance: The LB-Inline provides high cycle rates and high throughput speed. The machine also features a superior tool-less access to the complete strap path. Within seconds, the conveyor is pivoted, clearing access to the LB head, hinged gates allow instant access to the strap path, while handles allow chute opening and clearance of the hot knife sealing blade. |
