Modular: 2 independant modules offer to OEM designers the flexibility , the versatility, plus the freedom in the log stacker design they wished.
Interchangeable: in less than 20 seconds, the faulty module is replaced with a good one, Webb press and production will not even notice the trouble.
Maintenance or trouble shooting off line: spare modules allow to service outside of production stress, our service will be happy to do this for you off line, off time !
Operator friendly: No IT skills needed , easy operator training , basic like a handtool, no tools needed |

Modular System |

The MHG system consists of 2 separate
modules: a) Feed and Take up; b) Strap Gripping and Welding;
combined with a modular chute system and PLC controlled with a
separate electrical cabinet. These features make the MHG easy to
integrate in a wide range of different stackers, as it offers flexibility,
and clear mechanical and electrical interfaces. |

The modules are designed for standard
exchanges which need less time than it takes to build a ram-bundle.
So, down times of strapping module are hardly noticed and
maximum productivity of the stacker is ensured. This consequently
helps to optimize the webb press usage. |
